Booking Policy
All new clients & non-recurring clients are required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to book.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule.
Deposit is valid for 1 reschedule only, if sufficient notice is provided (72 hours).
If I am notified with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to re-book.
General Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Please ensure that I am notified at least 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee for fills and $80 for full sets.
Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled the same day as booked appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.​

FILLS: You must have at least 50% of lash extensions remaining to be considered a fill. Less than 50% of lashes will result in a full set charge. Fills need to be booked every 2-3 weeks, depending on natural lash growth.​
​
RETENTION: Please follow the aftercare instructions to maintain lash health and retention.

Aftercare
Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours and avoid steam.
​
Do not pull on extensions or rub your eyes.
​
Only use oil-free makeup & makeup remover. Avoid the use of mascara.
​
Avoid the use of any oil-based creams or face cleansers.
​
Wash lashes daily with an oil-free lash cleanser.
​
Brush lashes daily with a disposable mascara wand/spoolie.
​
Sleep on your back. Pre-mature lash loss may occur if you sleep on your face or sides.
