All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note processing times are not included in expected delivery times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Items are shipped from Beauty Culture via Canada Post. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that is recognized as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs the salon. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at yvrbeautyculture@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s tax policy before purchasing from Beauty Culture, located in Richmond, BC, Canada. We do not reimburse customs tax nor do we collect tax on behalf of any customs department. Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item re-delivered for failure to pay the customs tax or if an undeliverable address is provided, resulting in packages being shipped back to Beauty Culture. Please be sure the address provided upon checkout is one that is able to accept packages and tax due notices if your country imposes customs tax.

In-store pickup

We also offer free local pickup at our local salon BROWCASSO, located at 120-12000 First Ave, Richmond BC, V7E 3L9.

 

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pickup. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your purchase.
